Signing up for Electronic Funds Transfer is easy. Just click here on Direct Deposit Commission Form, print and complete the enrollment sheet, attach a voided check of the account* you would like the funds to be deposited in, and mail it to us. Within 30 days, we'll start direct depositing all the CNA International Life commissions you earn. And you can change accounts and institutions at any time. It's that simple.

*Note: The checking account must be with a U.S. bank located in the U.S.
